And another thing...
I seen with my very own eyes a billboard advertising "family night" at the lo cal Hooters franchise in Teaneck, New Jersey. "Kids under 8 eat free!"

So many questions, so few answers.

My nephews have been habituees of Hooters since they were very small. They and my brother-in-law love hot chicken wings, and apparently Hooters has good ones.

Personally I think that the "ooh la la" reputation of Hooters is overdone.

Yes, Hooters is pretty tame, more tame than prime time commercials on French TV hereabouts.

But on the continuum of responsible parenting from "scarred for life" to "well-adjusted," I'd put family night at Hooters somewhere around "inappropriate role models."
